01 An Interview with Hans von Spakovsky, Senior Legal Fellow/Manager Civil Justice Reform Initiative at the Heritage Foundation …”An expert on election law: campaign finance, voter fraud and voter identification as well as registration and equipment issues...,Mr. v. Spakovsky served at the Federal Election Commission, the authority charged with enforcing campaign finance laws for congressional and presidential elections… He also worked as counsel to the assistant Attorney General for civil rights providing expertise in enforcing Voting Rights Act and the Help America Vote Act of 2002. His analysis, commentaries have appeared in WSJ, NRO, Human Events, The Washington Times, Politico and Townhall…” Mr. v. Spakovsky comments on the article he wrote and published on April 19th, titled: “ LEAKED: Obama Executive Order Intends to Implement Portions of the Disclose Act…” Mr. V. Spakovsky explains the Disclose Act introduced last year by Sen. Schumer and Rep. Chris van Hollen (both Democrats) to overthrow the Supreme Court’s decision in Citizens United vs. FEC …If “they lost in the Supreme Court, they lost at the FEC, so now the president is just going to do it by edict…” A draft of an Executive Order, dated April 13th, was circulated to all the different agencies…specifying the “Disclosure of Political Spending by government contractors…,”but what is sinister and scary is that the employees of the firms applying as government contractors (bidding on government jobs) would have to disclose their personal contributions to the parties and candidates of choice. For Mr. v. Spakovsky President Obama “never made the transition-has always acted as a candidate of a political party…and not as president of all Americans. The reactions to this Draft have been overwhelming, from Senator Mitch McConnell to the American Chamber of Commerce, condemning it.

02 An Interview with Hans von Spakovsky, Senior Legal Fellow/Manager Civil Justice Reform Initiative at the Heritage Foundation Mr. v. Spakovsky has written extensively about the new Black Panthers’ voter intimidation and the Justice Department and comments on the latest developments…”the politically motivated dismissal of the voter intimidation case…” An “Office for Professional Responsibility” was created specifically to study if anything was done improperly (“racial double standard to the enforcement of several civil rights laws…, a pattern of hiding…examples of instructions by DOJ officials not to enforce the civil rights on behalf of whites…”) by the Justice Department lawyers (ethic charges)…and the report issued by said office, was that nothing was done wrongfully… For Mr. v. Spakovsky “the accusations made at the Bush Administration that its Department of Justice’s decisions were made based on politics instead of policy are not true: case in point, a Pajamas Media (http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/obama-empire-strikes-back/)article, which also points to …” the pending indictments of several prominent leaders of Islamic organizations close to the Obama administration, including one of the co-founders of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Omar Ahmad, on charges of material support for the terrorist group Hamas were scuttled to avoid embarrassing the Obama administration and to avoid inflaming the Muslim community. [Emphasis added]… For Mr. v.Spakovsky President Obama’s Administration is moved solely by politics and not policy-to the detriment of the American people!

How it began in 2008…through social media…with people “fed up with the out-of-control spending,” … and how it evolved into what it is today:…”we are watching, we are going to hold them accountable…”the many members of Congress and State Legislatures that were elected with the support of Tea party activists…For Ms. Kremer, “thing have to be put into perspective…” and points to the fact that “we are not part of the Republican party…” Putting the emphasis on “fiscal issues” Ms. Kremer makes the distinction with the Republican Party that “social issues” are not even considered… Regarding the latest media comments on the Tea party’s 47% “unfavorable rating vis-à-vis the Republican-Democrat parties’ 48%, Ms. Kremer dismisses it as another attempt by the MSM to disqualify the Movement…

04 Amy Kremer, Chairman, Tea party Express..... ....concludes the interview by stating that the Tea Parties were “empowered to change Washington…and were successful in firing Nancy Pelosi…, and now are working to do the same with Harry Reid in the senate…fire him from his job as majority Leader…The number one objective is to reclaim the Senate and the White House…” Regarding the presidential aspirants, Ms. Kremer in her capacity as Chairman of the Tea party Express has to “remain neutral, “ but advises them to take advantage of the Social media and use it as it was used by the Obama Administration in 2008… Although she stressed that she is no “expert” in the movement, but a concerned mother and citizen, she did admit that “we changed the direction of this country, we changed the landscape…not politics as usual…” and for those overseas, she encourages them “to stay engaged, focused…” on what is happening in our country
