Politics. Iowa Caucuses. D. Tim White, PhD, Brig. Gen USAF (Ret.) Dr. White, a communications specialist, Emmy Award winning journalist, producer, writer and anchor for programs at CBS, CNN, FOX, PBS, speaks to RARadio. Dr. White also served in the US Air Force Reserves retiring in 2006 with the rank of Brigadier General. During his military career he helped rebrand the Air Force. He is a Member of the Board of the Buffalo Bill Historical Society in Cody Wyoming where he maintains a residence. Dr. White is originally from Michigan and received his PhD from the University of Maryland. Dr. White comments on the Iowa Caucuses, the results and what it means for the winners and losers.
